From the public prosecutor's office of government employees and media complaint , Mr.Nemat Ahmadi ( lawyers of many journalists and political dissidents ) , has been summoned to the court . But since he did not appear in the court , the bench warrant was issued.
Mr. Ahmadi is accused of calumination and publication of lies ( falsification).
