Ahmadinejad's Government budget and the child labor of Iran !

Ahmadinejad the coup d'eta president introduced its Government budget for this year to the parliament and it was approved by MP 's . for this year, the budget is 556,000 billion Tuman ( $1= 1600- 2000 Tuman - varies from time to time ).
Now ,where are the Iranian street kids or Iranian child labor in this budget ??!!!
