Said Mortazavi was arraigned with the charges of participation in murder !

Mohseni Ejei today in his provincial travel to Golestan province in answering to the questions of reporters ,who asked about arraignment of murder charges to Said Mortazavi.

Said Mortazavi the past judge of press court and public prosecutor of Tehran, who is suspect in killing of Zahra ( Ziba )Kazemi and who was also suspect in the killings of " Kahrizak " prison detainees during 2009 Iranian people's uprising, is arraigned for charges in participation of murder ,said Mohseni Ejei public prosecutor general of the country and spokesperson for Judiciary power .

Mortazavi was recently appointed by Ahmadinejad as the head of social welfare office .
