Bahar an independent newspaper is ordered to be closed for six months due to the publication of an article known as " Imam, A political leader or a faith based role model ".
Bahar's managing editor Mr. Said Pourazizi speaking with IRNA on Tuesday said; the court also sentenced me to 91 days imprisonment . Mr. Pouraziz was released on 200 Million Tuman bail.
The sentencing happened in the division number 76 of the Tehran criminal court by Judge Siamak Modir Khorasani and with presence of seven members Media Jury .
