Hossein Norouzie an MP in Iran recently speaking with " Hamdely " newspaper said :
A week before downing , this airplane was in Israel and it seems it was crafted / manipulated.
And in this regard Iranian military did well downing the plane and therefore there isn't going to be any arrest .
