According to a news from " Aftab Yazd" newspaper- Friday Dec.14,2007,The case file of Emad Baghi the president of the Association in Defense of Prisoners Rights,will be reviewed in division number 44 on Saturday Dec. 15,2007.Mr. Baghi's lawyer has sent a complaint to the court of review about his clients' three years sentecing. Mr. Baghi allegedly was charged with " crimes against national security"and " propaganda against Islamic Republic". This case file was about a conference in Dubai. Excluding Mr. Baghi ,four other peoples, including his wife and his daughter were also sentenced but to three years suspended sentences. They are also allegedly charged with crime against national security.
