30 Years Imprisonment for Lawyer Amir-Salar Davoodi .......

Mr. Amirsalar Davoodi is a lawyer who have defended many political and religious minorities prisoners in Iran . Mr. Davoodi is sentenced to 30 years imprisonment ( 15 years approved ) and 111 lashes . 

The president of Iran Human Rights Organization Mr. Mahmoud Amiri Moghadam said : 30 years imprisonment for a lawyer who have just did defend clients based on his moral obligation and running a website is too harsh sentence . Mr. Amiri Moghadam requested from all international lawyers association and human rights organization to be the voice of independent lawyers and to support Mr. Davoodi .....
