"Mr. Taraghi" the secretary general of the political committee of the " Islamic Motalefeh Party " * in speaking with " ILNA " said :
President elect Mr. Ahmadinezhad will replace NGO,s with mosques .*
He said that ; The NGO,s are unmatched patches to the society that the future government will try to prevent their formation and will bring a suitable replacement for them.
In Persian "Taraghi" means developement , therefore Mr. Taraghi means "Mr. developement" , but what he & his party does is otherwise to keep Iran underdevelop.
Islamic Motalefeh Party* - Is a very conservative party with a very strong economical background and tie to Khameneei ( the leader of the Islamic Republic ).
Mosque * - Perhaps "organization of mosque" will act as NGO,s .
