Whats going on ?

Two Iranian Airplane on different route , one from Tehran to Mashhad city crashed and according to news 33 passenger including some crew member and one board member of Aria Air by the name of Mr. Dadpay died in the crash and in the other accident the plane was on route from Orumieh to Tehran. In this accident the plane because of technical problem exited the runway and landed in the field.
