Iranian lawyer ,human rights defender and Noble Peace Prize Winner in 2003, in a letter to executive director of UNICEF requested UNICEF director to visit prisons under the Islamic regime in Iran to investigate the situation of mother with their children in prisons.Ms. Ebadi in a letter to UNICEF dated to Jan 6,2013 criticized Islamic Republic for keeping children in prisons until their mothers served their sentences.In her letter Ms Ebadi also expressed worries about the health situation of Barman and Resam ,two children who are currently in prison with their moms.The letter was sent to UN General Secretary Ban Ki Moon , UNICEF office in Iran, Ahmed Shaheed UN reporter to Iran and.....
