People in the city of Zanjan protest against pollution !

Widespread protest against pollution in the city of Zanjan on Sunday brought most local Turkish spoken people into the streets. People demanded all activities of the factory to stop. Islamic Republic regime in Iran in recent years faces many challenges and protest, for its policies from labor strikes on unpaid salaries and layoff to more than 2,000,000 million jobless youth protest including this one, the environmental policies and neglecting people's health for their own benefit. People gathered in front of Governors building for protest against Lead & Zinc factory which employs more than 500 workers. People demanded all activities of the factory to stop. People believes the environment / breathing air in the city of Zanjan is filled with Zinc and Lead which is the causes of high number of cancer patient in the city. One of the Slogan says: "I want to live"
