Association of Weblog Writers in Iran: demanded for the immidiate and unconditional release of " Mojtaba Samiei Nezhad".

Gooya News - Persian : "The Association of Weblog Writers in Iran" , demanded for the immidiate and unconditional release of " Mojtaba Samiei Nezhad" .Unfortunately its been a few days since the release of Mojtaba Samiei Nezhad , student of communication and writer of a weblog with the name of " I am not what I am " which is known as " Madyar ", that once again he has been sent to prison with an unbelivable bail of 100 million Tuman* (* 700 Tuman = 1 dollar Canadian ).
Unconditional and immidiate release of Mojtaba Samiei Nezhad who did not commit any crime except writing his openions in his weblog, Is our least demand.Without the doubt the judiciary , the judge and the prosecutor of the file with their actions which is in contradiction to the existing laws are illegal and must be brought to trial and cross examined .
Unfortunately for the reason of an atmosphere of intimidation and fear that are exist around families of political prisoners , press and weblog writers , their news are not being published and we are kept completely uninformed and we are worried about the life of Mojtaba Samiei Nezhad.
