Mr. Mostafa Kzazi the managing director of the " Sedaye Edalat " newspaper in the court !

Mr. Mostafa Kzazi in his defense have said:
The officials must not feel that anyone who looks into their work critically , is trying to remove them from the power.
Mr. Kzazi said that : Its 22 years that we publish "Sedaye Edalat" and its only six years that it is being published like a newspaper, and in the past it was published like a weekly and monthly magazin, ...........
The managing director is charged with such writing as : " The political structure of the country produces despotism " , "We are ready to debate with guardian councile ", " We demand for an end to the policy of genocide on journalists " ,........
The court hearing was held in the division number 76 of the Tehran penal court and
Mr. Gholami was the representative of the prosecutor and Mr. Sarami was the presiding judge .
