According to a report by HRANA an Iranian  human rights activists group , Doctor Hosein Rafiei a university professor and member of the council of " Meli -Mazhabi " group is sentenced to six years in prison and two years ban from political activities in political parties and media activities by judge Salavati .
This sentencing came as a shock because all of Doctor Rafiei's activities are in accordance with law.
Doctor Rafiei ia also a member of the Peace Council and Shirin Ebadi the Noble Peace Prize winner is its president.
Judge Salavati is calling this group as an anti national security and charging doctor Rafiei for having relation with counter revolutionaries outside of Iran.
