The call for justice have been going on since 1988 up until now.......Officials were quite about this mass killing up until Ayatollah Montazeri's office released a tape. In the tape Ayatollah Montazeri is talking with those involved in the killing and calls it a crime and says that, you will be called criminals and will face the judgement ....... 

News coming from Iran indicate that; regime has put more pressure on the son of Montazeri who is in charge of the office of Ayatollah Montazeri and who apparently released the tape . The court of clergies have summoned Ahmad Montazeri for interrogation and so far he had five round of interrogations.
