Iran - emrooz online in a reports from "ILNA " :
" Mohsen Sazgara " have been sentenced to six years imprisonment.
Shirzad Heidari Shahbaz the lawyer of Mr. Sazgara by announcing this news to ILNA has said: "On Sunday , I have attended to the division number 26 of the court of revoluion , the head of the division Mr. Hadad orally said that my client have been accused of " conspirecy against national security " and therefore have been sentenced to 6 years imprisonment. I have not received a written document on this yet " .
Mohsen Sazgara is an activist and during the events of July 2003 in university campus , was accused on the ground of conspirecy against national security and was arrested by the revolution court -division number 26 . This activist after spending 3 months in Evin prison was released on bail and at present he is living outside of Iran for medical treatment .
