Roya Toluie the editorial writer of " Payam Mardom" publication in Kurdistan and one of the human rights defender in Kurdistan province have been summoned to the division number one of the court of revolution in the city of Sanandaj.
Ms. Nasrin Sotudeh the lawyer for this journalist in speaking with ILNA reporter have said: The first court which reviewed on the charges of my client was held on Wednesday Dec. 21 , 2005 . But this time the court is summoned my client to clear the situation of the bail.
She said: My client at this time is residing in abroad and her bail amount which is being withheld by the court is under the danger .She said that: She is trying to ask the court to determine the amount. She also indicated that Mrs. Shireen Ebadi also have joined the team of the lawyer in defending Roya Toluie.
