Heavy bail for Mr. Soltani !
Soltani's lawyers : The 800 Million Tuman bail which was set for the release of our client is heavy and disproportionate !
Ms. Farideh Gheirat one of the lawyer for Mr. Soltani ( The lawyer and member of the Association of Human rights defenders in Iran ) in speaking with ISNA said: Yesterday Mr. Soltani contacted with his family and informed them about his release would only be possible if he will provide a bail of 800 Million Tuman( 1Canadian Dollar = 800 Tuman , meaning 1Million Dollar Canadian ). This news was given to him two days ago in prison.She said: Since his charges isn't clear for us, the bail is heavy and disproportionate.
Mr. Najafi Tavana and Mr. Seifzadeh are the other two lawyers for Mr. Soltani.
Mr. Seifzadeh said: This type of bail shows that they don't want him to be released.He added: No one can prepare this type of bail and in my opinion issuing such bail doesn't have any legal explanation.
