The defence lawyers for the family of the student who was killed by the police force in the city of "Mahabad" protested to the court decision!
Tabriz news: Human rights services - The defence lawyers of " Shirkuh Amini" the kurdish student who was murdered by the police force in the city of Mahabad have protested to the competency of the court as well as the order issued against the accused by the prosecutor of the division number one of the military prosecutors office.
Mr. Abas Jamali and Ms. Minu Dakhteh the members of the commission on human rights of the Association of Lawyers in Eastern Azarbayjan and the city of Ardabil, and the defence lawyers of " Shirkuh Amini " the 27 years old student of "Payam Nur " University in the city of Mahabad who was killed on Jan. 19, 2005 during the shooting of police force , have protested to the competency of the court as well as the bail issue by the prosecutor. Mr. Jamali the lawyer of this murdered student said: We have protested to the decision of the court , because the court issued a bail for (27 Million Tuman,700 Tuman = 1 Canadian Dollar ) and the accused was released .............
