Isa Saharkheiz file will be the agenda of the Tehran public court !

ILNA : As the complainants prepared their allegations against Isa Saharkheiz the editor in charge of the banned " Akhbare Eghtesadi" newspaper and monthly " Aftab" , the file is ready for trial.
The division number 1083 of Tehran public court with Judge Hoseinian as the presiding judge will look into the case.
The complainants are : Organization of " Seda va Sima " ( Islamic Republic Radio & TV ) , Police forces and Ministry of Information and the allegation are : " Propaganda against the Islamic Republic" , "publication of issues contrary to the reality " and also " Insult and publication of lies with the intention to misled the public" .
