Mehr Newspaper published an article asking people of Iran, if the problem of Iran is; Managerial or Sanction????!!!!

99.9 % of those answered to this question was managerial ......
Few believed that , japan , Germany and other countries went through crisis at time but were able to manage their country to an industrial and well developed nation....so they believed Iran's problem is management and officials abuse from power and corruptions.....
