Parastoo Foroohar is the daughter of the murdered leaders of the "Mellat Party" ,the Dariush and Parvaneh Froohar. Both were brutally murdered by knives in their home in Tehran during the "chain murdering " events in November 1998.

Parastoo lives in Frankfurt -Germany . she returned to Iran to hold the annual commemoration for her mother and father.She was about to leave from the International airport on Saturday December 5, with proper passport and visa when the security agents confiscated her passport and told her that she is banned to leave the country.The reason for banning her to leave the country : Interview with media about the annual commemoration.

Naser Zarafshan is banned to leav the country!
Mr. Zarafshan is a member of "Iran writers Association" and " Iran Lawyers Society ". He is as well lawyer for the family's of the victims of "chain murdering" in 1988.
Mr. Zarafshan was invited to European Parliament by the president of all Europe Green Party and coordinator between Iran & Europe of the European parliament.He was to participate and discuss on environmental issues in Iran and the future of the relation of Iran and Europe.
Mr. Zarafshan in speaking with "Radio Farda" said: "He was banned to leave the country in Tehran airport" and his passport is taken away by security agents of Iran Government.
Mr. Zarafshan said: After taking my passport, the agents gave me a letter and said, on May, meaning 10 months ago , i had a case file in court , and because of it , ican't leave the country."
Mr. Zarafshan said : This is a pretext to take my passport away and i dont think i have a case file in the court , because i dont live underground and have been summoned to the court for several times in the past months and if there was a file it was easy for them to summon, to arrest or detaine me.
Upto now many Iranian writers, journalists and personalities have been banned to leave the country by Islamic Republic officials.

Mr.Abdolreza Tajik a journalist is banned from leaving the country!
Mr. Tajik was planning to attend to a conference in Spain to speak about " 30 years after the revolution" .He was banned to leave "Imam Khomeini International Airport".
Mr. Tajik's passport was confiscated by airport agents and he must attend the court of revolution.
Background:
Abdolreza Tajik was editor of political desk in Sharq newspaper from start to the time it was banned by Ahmadinejad's Government. He was also at a time editor of political desk in Etemad, Kargozaran newspapers and ILNA ( Iran Labor News Agency).He also worked almost with all reformists newspapers.

Nasrin Sotudeh a brave Iranian lawyer of the "campaign for one million signature" is banned from leaving the country !
On Wednesday December 10 (Human Rights Day) , at around 7:00am Ms. Nasrin Sotudeh together with her husband and two of her childeren were on their way to Italy to attend in a ceremony to receive her international human rights award. Everything was ready , they had their exit permit but all of a sudden her name was called from loudspeaker of the airport and soon the security agents approached her and asked for her passport . She resisted in giving her passport and she asked them to provide her with proper court order to confiscate her passport. At the end they confiscated her passport. Then, they let her husband and daughter who were already in the plane to leave the country and attend in the award ceremony in Italy but asked Ms. Sotudeh and her son to get off the plane and not to leave the country.(Only sick mind can do this , asking a child to get off the plane.)

In iran the only legal way is the illegal way

Upseting news from Iran, Again and again , As always : The news was that; Emadodin Baghi , An Iranian journalist, human rights advocate and one of the close colleagues of Akbar Ganji( an Iranian award wining investigative journalist who is still in the jail ), was banned to leave the country. It happened when he planned to leave the country to participate in international conferences, while in the airport , they confiscated all his documents and books without any legal charges against him.This shows that they have a plan for him and his situation may get worse. Emadodin legally obtained all necesarry papers and bought the tickets and planned for this travel , but in Iran things are different from the rest of the world and the regime does not follow any international norms.
this event and many in the past shows that the only legal way to leave Iran under a state of terror is the illegal way, which justifies the dramatic situation of journalists, writers , human rights advocates ......... in Iran .
