The regime of coup d' eta during its entire years in power ( close to eight years ) in Iran ,has closed many human rights, social and cultural centre's and arrested and detained many civil rights and one of the latest is Morteza Avazpour the civil rights advocate from the city of Tabriz.He was arrested on Wednesday by security agents during funeral procession of his father .His charges are not yet known.

Iranian Kurdish youth are targeted by security forces of the Islamic Republic in Iran!

Lives of many Iranian Kurdish youths are in great danger. Security forces of the Islamic republic are arbiterarily going to execute many of these young people including Zaniyar and Loghman Moradi ,two brother who have spent 30 months of their youtful life in diffeerent Islamic Republic prisons including Rejaei Shahr Karaj. These two brother Zaniyar and Loghman Moradi believe they have been targeted by the Islamic Republic security forces ,arrested and without any reasons spent 30 months in different prisons and are sentenced to death by hanging in public because their father belong to a political organization . In a letter to world public they wrote:"We were forced to confession and we are asking the human rights organizations to help save our life." Zaniyar is 22 years old and Loghman is 25.They are from Marivan one of the city in Kurdistan province. They wrote:" After the murder of Marivan Friday prayer Imam's son in 2009 by several unknown assailant ,the security forces of the Ministry of Information arrested us,brought us under intense torture and forced us on unwanted confession. The judge of their case file who sentenced them to death is the famous judge salavati. Judge Salavati beleive to be a security forces judge , an interrogator , a torturer , a judge and executioner. They beleive they are innocent and need our help to save their lives.

Mohammad Sadegh Larijani is responsible for his execution.Mr. Mostafaei said :" There are still ways to save his life ,there are possibilities his family members and his lawyers aske for forgiveness from the commission on forgiveness."

Mr. Mostafaei:

1- Mr. Saeed Malekpour isn't a political activist but his death sentence is a political one.

2-This verdict is against the Islamic Republic laws and regulations.

3- The jurisdiction processing his file was branch number 28 of the court of Revolution and the presiding judge of this court is Judge Moghiseh, furthermore, all lawyers know this branch together with branch number 15 and 26 are dealing with political case files and since this young man isn't a political activist and didn't do any political activities ,therefore the branch isn't in a position to process the case."

Fouad Khanjani the deprived Bahai student from continuing education, has attended in Evin prison branch for the execution of his four years imprisonment sentence. In the past he was sentenced to 4 years imprisonment by judge Moghiseh of branch number 28 of the court of revolution.That sentencing was confirmed again by branch number 54 of the supreme court of the country headed by judge Movahed.Fouad was arrested after the Ashura unrest in Iran and was detained , he was later released by bail.According to his lawyer ,he was summoned few time by Ministry of Information ( Vezarate Etelaat).His father Mr. Alaodin Khanjani also was arrested after the Ashura unrest in Iran.Fouad's grand father Mr. Jamalodin Khanjani a leading figure of the Bahai society in Iran is spending its 20 years imprisonment sentence in Rejaei Shahr prison in Karaj.

Arya Aramnejad is a 26 year-old Iranian artist, singer and composer. He was arrested for singing his famous song "Ali Barkhiz" (O Ali raise), composed after the Ashura uprising. He reportedly spent two months of his detention in solitary confinement. The Iranian government has charged him with acting against national security due to releasing the song "Ali Barkhiz". During his most recent court hearing, he briefly described some of the physical and psychological tortures he was subjected to in prison. These abuses included being severely beaten upon asking for medical attention for his heart condition, being photographed naked, being forced to walk on floors covered with the blood of a prisoner with AIDS who had committed suicide. Mr. Aramnejad also received death threats from the Iranian revolutionary guards. Mr. Aramnejad’s wife, who has had no political affiliation with any organization, has been threatened with arrest in the event that Mr. Aramnejad refuses to comply with the government’s requests. Mr. Aramnejad has been released on bail and is facing heavy charges by the Iranian officials.

Islamic regime of Public hanging !??

Suprem court of the Islamic Republic has approved the death sentence of two Kurdish political prisoners who are currently in "Rejaei Shahr " prison in Karaj .The sentencing has been given to the two prisoners according to a report by "Harana".
They have received the sentencing verbally while their duty council is unaware of the approval.
Mr. Loghman Moradi and Zaniar Moradi are accused of assassinating the son of Friday prayer imam of Marivan city and two co-travelling people with an order from British Spy agency and a Kurdish political party.Judge Salavati of branch number 15 of the court of revolution ordered the preliminary death sentence.

These two political prisoners in a letter described about the scenario written by security agents and under torture were forced to confess and were threatened to sexual assault with bottle. They say their confession is worthless.

Regime' judiciary calls human rights NGO as a " Security -Political " organization !?

Narges Mohammad vise president of the "Association of Human Rights Defenders in Iran" and president of the executive council for "National Peace" is sentenced to 11 years imprisonment, for her involvement in human rights activities. Regime judiciary calls her activities as " security-Political " activities.!?!

Because of her human rights activities, she is expeld from her job in "Iran Engineering inspection company".She was summond to the court ,a bail was issued for 50 Million Tuman( $50,000).Despite of paying the bail , few days later security agents entered in her home and arrested her.

The court rejected her two lawyers ( Doctor Mohammad Sharif and Yalda Mozafarian ) defences as "unjustified ".

Mr. Javad Larijani is the head of regime human rights delegate in UN and Judiciary power. He is silent about all of these inhuman treatment of Iranian citizens by the Islamic Republic in Iran. What he doesn't think is that ,one day his rights might be violated in the future by officials or newer regime !??!!

When judge himself start lashing a young religious woman blogger !

Touhidlu is a doctorate degree student in sociology of Tehran University, who was arrested and spent 70 days in solitary confinenment and was sentenced to 50 lashes for what she was accused of.Two days ago, she attended in Evin prison for execution of the sentence. Many officials were present including the university president, the judiciary officials ,the ministry of information officials and many women working in the public prosecution office.When judge asked the women employed at public prosecution office to carry out the execution of lashes on Samieh's body , they all rejected the request and no one volunteered to do this inhuman act on the body of a moslem women student. So , the judge himself carried out the execution and by doing so,brought huge protest among religious and non religious and human rights defenders.Based on the Islamic Republic legal policy , it should have been women to carry out the execution of lashes on a woman, but here a man and most particularly a judge carried out the execution. Regime in the past have done this kind of acts deep inside the torture chambers and without media coverage.This time,but the story was different and women at prosecution office rejected judeges request to carry out the lashing on a young moslem girl.

More than 80 Iranian poets and artists in a letter protested against the judiciary power on the arrest and detention of many Iranian artists.

In their letter ,they wrote: "Today it is correct, if we call Evin and Gharechak prison the house of artists."

In the letter they have protested against the arrest and detention of Iranian artists such as : Marzieh Vafamehr, Ramin Parchami, Jafar Panahi,Mohammad Rasoulof ,Mahnaz Mohammadi, Maryam Majd, Pegah Ahangarani and Hila Sedighi and many more.

The signatories in their letter wrote: "Time to time assault on Iranian independent and thougthful artists " .

The signatories demanded for the release of detained Iranian artists, review in their judiciary process and have criticized regime's security-policing style treatment of Iranian artists.

The letter indicated that, only in last july several Iranian women artists including Marzieh Vafamehr (Actor) , Pegah Ahangarani( Actor) and Mahnaz Mohammadi ( Documentary film maker) were arrested by Islamic Republic agents.

In an interview with Radio Farda Mr. Naser Taghvaei ( Film Director and husband of Marzieh Vafamehr) said: his wife is detained at "Gharechak-Varamin" prison.This prison is known as " horrendous prison".This prison is consist of seven cells and in each cell there are 200 prisoners and the cells doesn't have air ventilation system.

Honourable Ahmad Shaheed,
Hello and greeting ,wishing you success for this great and humane job, you have accepted.


I'm doctor Maleki, the retired professor and the first president of Tehran University after the revolution.I wanted to inform you a short account of my own personal experience i had about violation of human rights in my country, in order this would become a step towards saving my nation from all these oppression , corruption and cruelty of the rulers on an oppressed nation.
My brother , Mr. Shaheed,
I'm also like many of tens of thousands during 32 years of the Islamic Republic ruling, many many times my very own human rights was violated by the power thirst despotic ruling oficials and i was witness to many crimes inside the prisons in Iran,that i'm going to give a short account.
In 1978-79 upon the victory of revolution and after my nomination as president of Tehran University ,and towards the goals of revolution ,i decided the university be managed by a councile consisting of students,professors and employees in a democratically elected fashion. The new government which took control of the entire country didn't like this idea , and by a coup known as " cultural revolution" attacked the university's , killing several students and wounding or arresting many of them, closing the universitys and arresting many of those protesters and torturing and executing them.
The temporary management council of Tehran University and high council of the university has protested to this action and instead of responding on our questions about the situation , they have arrested and detained many of them including me ,on the pretext that i have not followed Ayatollah Khomeini's order. First i was sentenced to death and then to 10 years imprisonment in an illegal court without a defense lawyer . During these times, i was tortured by hitting cable on my sole and other part of the body, hanging from the ceiling, hitting my head to the wall,bitting by kicking and punching which resulted losing my left eye and broken bone of my right hand.The scars of some of the torture are still visible on my body. After 5 years ,seemingly i was released but for months i had to show myself every now and then to the prosecutors office which looked like an interrogation........
Honourable Mr. Shaheed ,
I will testify about the 80's, how the young prisoners including students men or women,after a lot of torture ,were carried away ten by ten or hundereds by hundereds for execution.I'm ready to testify to you about what i witnessed in the "Velayate Faghieh " system and ready to pay the price.
At the end ,i wish you success on your job and surly God will be w/you.

Two more Kurdish Iranian political prisoners received death sentence in Orumieh city!

total Kurdish political prisoners who have received death sentence is now 15 !

These two Kurdish political prisoners are: Ali Afshari and Mohammad Abdolahi.They are charged with "Actions against national security " and " War against God" .

Ali Afshari was arrested in the city of Mahabad on January this year. at the time of arrest he had wounds needed to spend time in hospital. He was later transfered to "Orumieh Central prison".Mr. Afshari is accused of having connection with one of the Kurdish political parties.

Mohammad Abdolahi was arrested last year in the city of Boukan and was transfered to Orumieh and sentenced to death.In total , there are 15 Kurdish political prisoners who have received death sentence by Islamic Republic regime Kangaroo court.These political prisoners are:

Ms. Zeynab Jalalian,Sirko Maarefi, Habibulah Latifi,habibulah Golparipour,Mostafa Salimi,Anvar Rostami,Jamal Mohammadi, Abdullah Sarvarian,zaniar Moradi,loghman Moradi,Ali Afshari,Mohammad Abdolahi,Rashid Aghkandi, Seyed Sami Hosseini,Aziz Mohammadzadeh.

Focus on political prisoners -Mehdi Khazali,writer -blogger & critical to regime: " I'll start hunger strike & leave my dead body on your shoulders !

Doctor Mehdi Khazali is a writer and blogger which is critical to regime policies. He is on his 22nd days of hunger strike . According to his son , the prison officials transfered him from ward number 209 in Evin prison to ward number 350 in Evin prison.Doctor Khazali is the son of Ayatollah Abolghasem Khazali member of the "Assembly of Experts". According to doctor Khazali's son , his father was arrested on July 18 ,2011 infront of the Ministry of Information building by ministry's agents.Ministry's agents forcefully pushed him into a car and disappered.Based on report he has four charges against him , one was dropped and for other three charges, he was asked to prepare a 60 million Tuman Bail ($60 000). Doctor Khazali's son said; his grand father show no objection against regime's behaviour towards his son and so far the grand father did not make any attempt to contact his son's family.

Mohammad sadegh Larijani's enmity with Bahai's in Iran and Islamic Republic justice system !?

Reports indicate that Islamic Republic security agents have shifted their attack on Bahai's from city's to villages in the country side and have arrested 15 Bahai's.Regime agents have targeted a village known as "Kata" in the region of Yasooj and arrested Sina Ravankard a 25 year old man and Hajir the son of Amir .Regime transfered these people to Yasooj and Shiraz prison.

Mohammad Sadegh Larijani is the head of Judiciary power in the Islamic Republic. He runs the show . justice system and all judges and court work under his suppervision.

I really like to ask him , what is his belief or position towards Bahai's ?I mean not the Bahai's in Iran ,but generally Bahai's all over the world?

I want to ask him , why and on what charges the seven leaders of Bahai's are still in the jail?!!

Why so much animosity or hostility against Bahai families ? And their childeren? why can't they live peacefully beside their Iranian brother and sisters with other faiths as an Iranian citizen.
